At Boot Team PM, we're all about making your renting experience absolutely fantastic! We offer a variety of services designed to bring convenience and joy to your life.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AVAILABILITY

Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm at 682.472.3422. We are closed Saturday and Sunday for Family & Worship.

 

Our Maintenance Team is available 24 hours a day for emergency issues at 817.988.6763. If you have a non-emergency maintenance request please complete a maintenance request through our Maintenance Request Portal.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PACKAGE

This is a package required with each lease agreement. It is an extra $35/month. Here are the benefits included: 

  •  Air filters provided quarterly with an email/text reminder when it is time to change your air filter.

  • 1 Missed Appointment Waiver (annually) - *excluded lease renewal appt*

  • Renter's Insurance with $100K in liability + $10K in contents (additional $11.95)

Obligo

As an amenity to you, your property partnered with Obligo to let qualified new renters skip paying a full cash security deposit at move-in. Current renters can also live a low deposit life by choosing to apply their existing security deposit to rent. Obligo charges an annual fee for our service (a small percentage of your rental’s security requirement and a few other factors), and you keep your cash to invest, save, travel, or spend!

 

Simply provide a payment method through the Obligo platform. If there are damages or missed rent at the end of the lease, your property manager will be authorized to charge this payment method - up to the stated amount of security requirement - and you will be billed by Obligo.

 

Obligo is not an insurance product. You’re still accountable for any charges, but Obligo does offer the ability to repay charges in interest-free installments. Like a traditional deposit, you also maintain the right to dispute charges directly with your property manager. - Obligo 

Pet Screening Requirements

Most of our properties are pet friendly. We use petscreening.com to screen your pet. Pet screening information is below. We have monthly pet fees associated with the score your pet receives.

Small Pet Fee - $10 fee per month. Ex. bird, rabbit, hamster, gerbil, guinea pig, reptile, etc. Farm/exotic breed animals are on a case by case.

Fish tank - $10 per tank. 

​

*Even if you do not have a pet, you are required to complete a No Pets or Animal Profile.*
